The Challenge

SACS Consulting needed to increase the flow of quality traffic, leads and sales for its digital products and bespoke B2B services. 

While organic search traffic was seen as a key priority, we noted that improving the quality and relevance of that traffic (not just volume), were even more important to growing the engagement, conversion rates and ultimately, the business bottom line.

SACS had a reputation for excellence in its field, and a plethora of insightful content and resources. However, the aging brand and website made it hard for visitors and prospective clients to clearly see how SACS could solve their needs.  

Our Prioritised Approach

With several areas to improve, our Growth Blueprint prioritised conversions, and ensuring the reliability of the analytics and metrics tracked.

First, we revamped and validated the lead-generation goals. Then we implemented a targeted SEO approach to increase qualified, in-market traffic for the SACS B2B events, services and online products. We also collaborated with SACS on product development, market positioning, events/email tests and campaigns.

COVID-19 forced many businesses to adapt, and SACS was no exception. While we worked to refresh the SACS Consulting brand and redesign the website, the firm updated its key services, client services portal and events. Our cross-channel optimisation approach further fueled the shift to digital-first delivery, with major improvements in the lead-gen events/emails, videos and related marketing assets.

The Results

Our work with SACS Consulting produced several wins, but underlying it all was the implementation of reliable metrics, analytics and tracking KPIs.

Development of the new SACS Consulting brand drove the website redesign and relaunch, which helped grow the business KPIs dramatically: In the six months from launch, the site conversion rate improved by 68% while leads increased by 56%. 

In the longer view, optimising the email marketing and events grew leads by 132% year-on-year.

Generating those growth gains organically, with targeted SEO/CRO/EDM and no paid media, plus launching a polished new brand and site designed to convert, has positioned SACS for continued success and more record-setting years to come.
